Wyatt Clark Sr.
Wyatt Clark, Sr., is a veteran in the building industry with over four decades of experience. As a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina and the owner of WAC Contracting Inc, Wyatt has been a driving force in the construction and development landscape in the state and beyond.
Wyatt's journey began in 1980 when he built his first home for his family, igniting a passion for construction that's stayed with him ever since. That same year, he joined Kal-Mar Construction in Tampa, Florida, as a Project Manager, overseeing a range of residential and commercial projects and honing his skills in all facets of the building industry.
In 1989, Wyatt and his family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he co-founded his first construction company. Despite handling both residential and commercial projects, Wyatt found himself particularly drawn to the residential side of the business.
His passion for residential construction led him to establish WAC Contracting, Inc. in 2007, when he and his wife moved to Lake Norman, North Carolina. Specializing in residential new construction, high-end renovations, and community development, WAC Contracting Inc has been recognized with several awards by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
As a visionary leader, Wyatt has steered WAC Contracting Inc to develop two thriving adult communities. Magnolia Glenn, a private gated community in Statesville, North Carolina, features 16 custom residential homes, some of which Wyatt is still actively building today. More recently, Wyatt has partnered in the development of Cornelius Woods, a community of 111 luxurious senior living condominiums in historic downtown Cornelius, North Carolina. From the land purchase in 2018 to the design, engineering, financing, marketing, and building of the sales team, Wyatt has been instrumental in bringing the Cornelius Woods vision to life.
With a lifelong motto of "It's a beautiful day, LIVE IT!", Wyatt Clark, Sr. brings enthusiasm, passion, and a wealth of hands-on experience to every project he undertakes. His commitment to quality and his unwavering dedication to the craft of building continue to shape North Carolina's residential construction and development landscape.
Rama Yada
Rama Yada is a real estate titan with a career that spans over 17 years. Since launching his career in 2006, Rama has built a substantial portfolio and reputation in the industry, showcasing his keen business acumen and extensive expertise in real estate development and investment.
His entrepreneurial journey began with the development of numerous gas stations and convenience stores across North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. Rama's educational background complements his professional accomplishments. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University, and is currently pursuing his MBA from the prestigious NYU Stern School for Business.
